Chef Evan is the absolute perfectionist in his approach to all aspects of our recent event. Every little detail was thought of, discussed, and effected. From setup to cleanup Evan had it covered. The event required an impressive dessert and the home made ice cream sandwiches over a tray of dry ice looked like a dream and was a huge hit with the guests. We would absolutely use Chef Evan again, hopefully for a full dinner menu.
